A great way to get started! S. leucophylla is many people's favorite species of Sarracenia due to their showy, floral pitchers. S. leucophylla is also unique in that it produces its largest, most beautiful leaves in the late Summer/ early Fall (generally September-October for us).
These will be unique, seed grown clones from our collection of various crosses of our choosing. S. leucophylla produces red blooms in the Spring with primarily white pitchers. There is a great degree of variability for S. leucophylla from nearly all-white (alba) to strong red veins.
Small plants will be 1-2 years old with leaves under 1 foot tall, Medium plants are 2-3 year olds with rhizomes forming and pitchers around 12" tall, Large plants will be 3-4 years old, nearing blooming-sized.
